How do I create an Invoice?

PATorganiser's built in invoicing system allows you the flexibility to produce professional looking invoices which can then be emailed in a wide variety of file formats.
Add your own logo, payment terms and default settings for time saving and that extra professional look.
Our invoicing system automatically adds the number of tests applicable to whatever date filter you have applied and enables you to add additional line entry for repairs or other services.



  1. Select the Date Filter for the dates you wish to apply the invoice to
  2. Select the Client/Site or Location you wish to invoice for



  1. Select Invoice
  2. Add in your Services description, Cost and Quantity
  3. Add any extra line items you may have
  4. Click on Create Invoice


Your invoice has now been created
  1. Save the Invoice to Files
  2. Export to Email, Print, PDF or Excel format.
