PATorganiser Connect - The system cannot find the file specified

When launching PATorganiser Connect from the web application (using the following button):


An error may be received instead of the application launching:



If this happens, it will be resolved by updating to a new version of the PATorganiser Connect application for your region:



If you continue to receive the error, please do the following things:
  1. Use your Windows Start Menu to launch PAtorganiser Connect instead of via the web application - this should allow you to continue importing data from your device(s)
  2. Please contact support@patorganiser.com so that we can assist with the web application button failing to launch the application
