Setting up your company details.
- Click on the Role Dropdown menu
- Click on Settings
- Click on Company Details to add your company information, this information will be shown on Reports etc.
- Type in a short name for your company,this will be shown as in Fig 3
Click on Reports
Add your company logo, this will be shown on Reports etc.
Click on Users
And select an existing user
Or add a new user
Assign User Roles:
Admin: has unlimited rights (make system changes, add users etc.).
User: has full rights but cannot change system settings (i.e. add more users, change invoicing settings)
Read Only: can generate reports etc. but cannot make any changes.
Add all Email details so users can email reports and Invoices etc
If you intend to send out Invoices you can add Invoicing details here. Your Company details are now complete.
